Temp to hire position.
The client prefers but not require someone with injection molding or blow molding experience. Plastics preferred.

The Electrical Maintenance with PLC
position is approximately 40 hours per week (full time) with overtime as required/needed.
Essential Functions:
The Electrical Maintenance with PLC will
Perform diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment including wiring circuits, control devices, PLCs, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, power transmission, heating/cooling equipment, and hoists
Perform preventative maintenance tasks including lubricating, replacing filters, inspecting, etc. as well as monitor equipment for impending malfunctions
Read and understand equipment manuals, schematics, drawings, and wiring diagrams
Maintain housekeeping in work area
Work safely, identify unsafe conditions and take action to mitigate
Required Attributes:
Five (5) or more years of related experience, preferably in a plastics/manufacturing environment
Ability to use a multitude of electrical and mechanical tools for fabrication and repair
Must have strong mechanical aptitude, good mathematical skills, and ability to problem solve
Must be able to meet physical requirements/demands of position including standing for long periods of time and walking distances across
Physical Demands
Must be able to stand and walk 12 hours per day on a concrete floor
Occasionally required to reach, climb ladders, stoop, crawl under obstructions
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
